Audit Tool records all changes made on the Genesys system and thus helps you to easily organize the operation.
WHAT CAN AUDIT TOOL DO?
• It records what changes have been made in the Genesys system, from which computer, with which user account.
• Rolls back the collective configuration changes made in the system in the same order, it provides a return to the working configuration in the relevant time period.
• Uploads the Genesys license file to the system and reports the highest license usage of Genesys components with technical license control.
