UCS was established in 2011 to produce software solutions for corporate call centers. We wanted to lead this issue, considering that hardware-based call center infrastructure systems are insufficient in meeting the communication needs of customers with institutions and that they should evolve into a software-based perspective. Therefore, UCS; was founded as a software house, not a call center technologies company.
With our 25 years of experience in software development and our expert staff, we quickly adapted to different company and employee cultures. We have never lost our excitement and dynamism of 10 years ago. We are renewed with each new customer and we work to provide them a perfect customer experience.
Today, we continue to serve not only in Turkey but also in Europe, Azerbaijan and Oman with our in-house software solutions and present our professional services as a Gold partner of Genesys since 2012.
